| Company Policy | Payment Method: | | Deleter USA DOES NOT offer net payment terms, all shipment must pre-paid by credit card or COD, company check, cashiers check, and money order, shipping charges will be added to all invoices and COD shipments. We also accept all major credit cards inlcuding Visa, Master, American Express, Discover cards and Paypal. (there is 3% surcharge for all credit card and paypal fee) |
All orders are shipped using UPS or USPS. Other routing is available upon request. After transactions are processed, a tracking number will be provided with your invoice. | Return or Refunds: | | There are no return allowances offered by Deleter USA. Unauthorized returned packages will be refused and sent back. There will be a 20% restocking fee for returned merchandise. All returns will require authorization (please contact us). All damaged items must be reported within seven days after shipment is received. All sales are final after seven days.(NO EXCEPTIONS) There is a $20 charge for returned checks. |
